Build Description

This build urges you to get in your opponents face, annoy them
with your abilties, then back off. In the late game, you will be able to
get around easily with large amounts of stamina, allowing you to be
the ultimate nuisance. Kinetic pulse is your best friend in this build.
Any time you use it, try to follow up with gunfire on the target, as KP
gives Dynamo a 30% gun damage increase against hit enemies for 8s.
