Build Description
A build purely focused on pressing 3. Basically harass/be as much of a nuisance as possible. Fly in with 2, initiate with 1, and melt them with 3 from a safe mid-distance. Use 4 to keep yourself at 100%.
8/29 patch - when laning, use 3 to deny/secure souls in between reloads. Also deny guardian souls/urn with it.
9/13 patch - Ammo Scavenger is crazy good with jungling; keep it as long as possible
9/22 - Weapon upgrade/utility cleanup
9/26 - Weapon item cleanup, build priority order cleanup
9/30 - Updated for more Frost Grenade early focus and new item prioritization
