Changed out a few things, removed decay (got a small nerf)
But also added ammo scav. Great for laning -- which is Shiv's main weakness early on
ammo scav giving you 2 ammo after every deny is so good for sticking it and getting
An early lead with the fact souls are smaller now and that's better for shotguns.
