Prioritize getting snwballs to T5, with extra charge and burst.
Than beam to T5 with escalating exposure.
This will allow you to not only destory enemies but a very quick mid boss + walkers.

This build also have counters againts the main heroes that will hurt you the most.
If lane phases ended quickly, go for boots to move between lanes faster.
