Shiv - Oppressive Knives

Deskripsi Build

My personal Shiv build after many games. This build ensures you
will still perform decently even in games where you're starving for
souls. Mostly because it turns out all you need is a jacked-up set of
knives to do huge damage from the backlines! Most skills except
for those in Counters has annotations explaining my reasoning. Feel
free to give this build a shot and give feedback!

Version 6: Adjusted the progression and removed some of the more
confusing sections like "Rush" and "No Flex", since the options were
the same in both. Also updated the build to make Shiv's gun stronger
and more consistent early game. Partial inspiration from MikaelS' usage of a similar build to this.
