This is a card-damage build for Wraith, which I primarily did for myself, but I annotated everything if others want to try it out. I'll most likely update this as time goes on, or I feel like some other element would fit better. The situationals in this is for flexibility (so not too rigid of a build), so you don't need to search for good items while in a game.
