คำอธิบาย Build
In case you didn't know, Shiv has a secondary fire, and it also pushes you back.
Keeping this in mind this build is focused on increasing Shivs fire rate and mobilty to keep you schmovin and groovin.\
I am in no way good at Shiv and This is my first published build, no clue how good it is.
