This build focuses on the 3 and relies on items for healing support, which is dramatically more effective than focusing on the 1 for kill potential, and ends up preventing more damage to allies than your 1 would have healed anyway. You're much better off doing this and healing with your 1 late-game when you already have a lot of spirit items and want to sell Health Nova.
