This here build builds around your 3, which is the best teamfight and lane push tool you have.
The goal are as follow:
- Arctic Beam on everything
- Ice Path mobility is pretty busted, it's free movement and gives you spirit on top;
only downside is that the enemies can hop onto it and chase you if they dare.
- Grenade is for early lane harrass and bonus DPS / Secure kills.
- Frozen Shelter is the hardest aspect to talk about. It's a straight up uncounterable disable tool but really easy to mess up.
You can combine with Ice Path to basically assassinate an enemy, or trap enemies trying to flee the fight.
- Rescue beam while technically not core to this build but with how much mobility and positioning power Kelvin has it is strongly recommended that you pick it up mid game when you got your cores down.
