Procing Djinns requires kind of a lot of sustained fire until its maxed
and not super useful. so instead, this version is more scarab focused.

Essentially, survive early game > gun hurts > scarabs hurts>
spam procs for HB and Toxic with scarab LS which also makes
you tanky, go bananas. play at high range safely.
