The goal of this build is to be a Team Support character.
Your goal is Magic Carpet and Rescue Beam.

SPIRIT IS KING. For example, you might wonder why I rush
Magic Carpet and Rescue Beam? Not only are they both over powered
but Magic Carpet gives +15 Spirit Power increasing your 3rd by 17
damage each stack. Max stacks are 8 unupgrade and 12 fully upgraded
so thats 136 or 204 extra damage from that alone! Rescue Beam adds
9 power or 5 damage each stack so 40 to 60 damage!

To add to this Magic Carpet gives you more map presence and
survivability where as Rescue Beam is an amazing item for your Team
This will combo nicely with your TP ult as you can quickly get to
a hurt teammate, assess the fight, and ether heal your mate
and fight or Magic Carpet/Tornado away while also use the Beam to
pull your mate to safety.
(Just before the Carpet arrives cast Beam or Beam then Tornado away)
