E.g if you get good farm/kills going and you're 4k+ after Mystic Vulnerability just save for Escalating. Try to keep jungling low until Mystic Vulnerability and Lv2 Kudzu is up. You should always be in a duo lane so you get higher value from Restorative Locket. Don't forget to scroll for über late items section.
