Skill Order 1 first. 2 or 3 depends on if they have a dodgeable move or not (e.g. Geist bomb you want 3). I like doing 2 upgrades on 1, 2 upgrades on 2, 2 upgrades on 3, 2 upgrades on 4 by midgame.

A Pocket Build I've been running. Won 6 out of the 7 games so far and have a 55% win rate and am still climbing.
In general, I have a 55% win rate on Pocket in pure solo queue, but I've been winning a majority of my solo queue games on Pocket/Paradox recently.

I think the main thing is that I consistently run Infuser + Ammo Scavenger for laning phase, so I win all my lanes.
And lategame, the most important item in this meta rn is Escalating Exposure. It's the best spirit vs spirit build and in addition it allows you to melt squishies as well.

This build is centered around becoming the biggest distractor/sustainer.
Think of something like lategame Vladimir.
You can consistently stall out core 4's like Kelvin Dome.

In addition, due to Escalating Exposure, you do massive damage to targets like Shiv or Abrams
who you normally cannot duel.
