Use your burst and range potential to weave in and out after getting your target low enough.
remember the built-in healing suppress your ultimate gives you and make good use of it to suppress the enemies teams ability to have a prolongued fight.
When they are low enough go in and hunt them down.
Barrage to get 4 stacks of amplification as a buff on yourself and get the enemy resistance lower.
Then look for an opportunity to cast your Affliction on 2-3 People, preferably the ones with alot of regeneration and lifesteal since you gain healing reduction on Affliction later.
Capitalize on your own lifesteal and Spells to draw the attention and dance around long enough for your damage over time to get them low enough.
