Buy your way through your Gun, Vitality, and Spirit Core categories.
Get either boots or Stamina (roaming or combat focused movement)
Buy required Stamina Items to counter champions or stay alive.
Focus into either grenade or Arctic beam.
I like to focus beam and save grenade CD for keeping team alive, but grenades can burst!
Finish out with your Spirit Debuff items.
Fill any remaining slots with the Extra Spirit or Spiritual Overflow lines.
