these noodles will make you very strong.
cook some sliced garlic and red chilis in EVOO until fragrant, add 2-3 tbsp of tomato paste and cook until garlic turns golden brown, add 1 can tomato sauce and 1 minced anchovie. simmer at a medium low heat until it reaches the desired consistency. put on warm and add 1 stalk of fresh basil (or just a good amount.)
in a seperate pot, boil some spaghetti noodles (or any pasta really) in salted water to package directions for "al dente" (if you try one it should be mostly cooked and very little crunch) remove from pasta water with tongs directly into the sauce (remove the basil before this)
saving a small amount of pasta water to help bind, toss your noodles in the sauce until fully cooked, adding water while tossing or stirring to emulsify.
bunch parsley, lemon peel and some fresh garlic together on a cutting board, dice and mince very finely, and add to your cooked pasta before stirring and letting rest for like 5 minutes.
feel free to top it with cheese, vegan friendly if you don't add the anchovie.
meatballs OR chik peas are a nice addition, or any creamy kind of bean. (butter is also good at the end with the herb mince but ONLY if you know what's up)
